You can receive medical care at your accommodation or home in Okinawa!
Receive medical care from the comfort of your hotel or Residence
Online medical consultations allow you to see a doctor from the comfort of your your hotel or Residence via the Internet. Since you are talking to the doctor face-to-face, it is not much different from a regular doctor's visit.
Physical examinations, such as listening to your heartbeat and performing tests, are performed by a nurse in the car.

If you feel unwell, please contact us at Mobile clinic Health Consultation desk at +81-70-9126-3158. We will provide care with Mobile clinic if our service is required.

Our project is underlined with the purpose of unloading the burdens of emergency rooms at local medical facilities. We provide care during night time and weekends just as emergency rooms do, and some conditions can be handled by us. Please consider utilizing our service before visiting emergency rooms to protect limited local medical resources so that high acuity patients at emergency rooms will be able to receive immediate and appropriate medical care.

We will give you instructions over the phone on what to do while you wait for our arrival.

Please wear masks, wait at your room and avoid public areas to avoid transmission of infectious diseases if you have symptoms of coughing and sneezing.

If you are experiencing severe symptoms (such as unconsciousness, shortness of breath, massive bleeding), please dial 119 to call an ambulance.

Please call our health consultation desk at +81-70-9126-3158 and tell us your symptoms or troubles you are experiencing

If you confirm and agree to the available appointment time, your Mobile clinic reservation will be confirmed.

Once we arrives, the nurse will assist your online medical consultation. We will be able to prescribe you medications under the doctor’s instructions.
④
If medications are prescribed, we will aim to deliver them to your accommodation from the pharmacy within 2 hours

If you do not show up for our visit, we will charge $275 (USD).
Medical certificates required for diving can also be issued.

The clinic has a physician in charge who is qualified to perform diving medicine. We are able to issue the necessary medical certificates and other medical reports for diving.

The underwater environment places unique physiological stresses on the body, stresses that may be exacerbated if the diver has certain pre-existing medical conditions. For this reason, the necessary medical certificates must be submitted prior to taking a diving course.
